Our standard
likecmtshare has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). You must not use likecmtshare, or any automation, message, link or file you set up in it, to:
- Create, store, send, link to or ask for child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including drawn, edited or AI-generated images of minors
- Sexualise anyone under 18, or send them sexual content
- Contact, groom or build trust with a minor for sexual purposes
- Threaten or pressure a minor for images, money or meetings (sextortion)
- Advertise, arrange or support the trafficking or sexual exploitation of children
This applies to every account and every plan, and it is part of our terms. Breaking it ends your account.
How to report a concern
Anyone can report, whether or not they use likecmtshare. If you received a message from an account that uses likecmtshare, you can report it too.
- In the app: go to Settings → Contact support and describe the concern
- By email: write to support@likecmtshare.com with the subject "Child safety report"
Please include the Instagram username of the account involved, roughly when it happened, and what the message, link or file said or showed. Do not send us copies of sexual images of a child. Describe them and share the link or username instead. Sending them on, even to report, can be a crime.
You can also report directly to:
- Police in India: the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal at cybercrime.gov.in, or the cybercrime helpline 1930
- Instagram: report the account or message in the Instagram app
- If a child is in immediate danger: call 112. For help and support for a child, call Childline on 1098
What we do with a report
We handle child safety reports before any other support request, and we act within 24 hours of receiving one. When we find a breach of this standard, we:
- Stop the account's automations and remove the content stored on our systems, such as message templates, links and files
- Permanently ban the account and the people behind it from likecmtshare
- Report it to the authorities, including the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal and the police, as Indian law requires
- Report it to Meta, because the messages were sent on Instagram
- Keep the records the law requires for investigation, and share them only with authorities
We may not tell the reported account why it was banned if that could harm an investigation. We reply to the person who reported, but we may not be able to share the outcome.
Laws we follow
We comply with child safety laws that apply to us, including:
- The Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, 2012, including its duty to report offences to the police
- The Information Technology Act, 2000, including section 67B
- The Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021
We work with law enforcement on lawful requests, and we follow Meta's policies and Google Play's child safety standards.
