Data deletion instructions

Option 1: Remove the app from Instagram

Open Instagram and go to your profile.
Tap the menu, then Settings and privacy → Website permissions → Apps and websites.
Find likecmtshare under Active and tap Remove.

Once removed, we stop receiving events from your account immediately. Your likecmtshare data is deleted within 30 days.

Option 2: Delete from your likecmtshare account

Go to Settings → Account → Delete account in the likecmtshare app. This disconnects Instagram and schedules your data for deletion.

Option 3: Email us

Email admin@likecmtshare.com with the subject "Delete my data" from your account email, and include your Instagram username. We confirm by email and complete deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your connected Instagram account details and access tokens
Automations, message templates and uploaded files
Comment, message and lead records collected through your automations
Your likecmtshare account profile

We may keep billing records for as long as tax law requires.

For people who messaged a likecmtshare user

If you interacted with an account that uses likecmtshare and want your details removed, email us with the account's username and yours. We will delete your data from our systems and ask the account owner to delete any exported copies.
