Who we are
likecmtshare ("we", "us", "our") provides comment-to-DM automation for Instagram creators and businesses. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It applies to our website and our app.
What we collect
Account details you give us: name, email, phone number and business type.
Instagram data you authorise through Meta's official APIs: your connected Instagram Business or Creator account ID and username, the comments, story replies and messages received on posts you choose to automate, and the usernames and profile details Instagram shares with those events.
Lead details that people share with you in automated conversations, such as a phone number or email, together with the tags and notes you add.
Billing information, processed by our payment partners. We do not store full card or UPI credentials.
Usage data such as pages visited and device type. Analytics cookies are only used if you accept them. See our cookie policy.
How we use it
- Run the automations you set up: reply to comments, send DMs, apply follow gates and collect leads
- Show you your leads and let you export them
- Bill your subscription and prevent fraud
- Provide support and send important service notices
- Keep the service secure and compliant with Meta Platform Terms
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use Instagram data for advertising or to build profiles outside your account.
Legal basis and consent
We process data to perform our contract with you, to meet legal obligations, and with your consent where required, for example when you connect Instagram or accept analytics cookies. You can withdraw consent at any time.
Data retention
We keep account data while your account is active. Comment and message event logs are kept only as long as needed to run and troubleshoot your automations. Leads stay in your account until you delete them or close your account. After account closure we delete your data within 30 days, except records we must keep for tax or legal reasons.
Deleting your data
You can delete your data at any time. Remove likecmtshare from your Instagram settings or email us. Step-by-step instructions are on our data deletion page.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and access is limited to people who need it to run the service. Access tokens from Meta are stored securely and are never shared.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable laws you can access, correct, update, export or erase your personal data, withdraw consent, and nominate someone to exercise these rights. Email admin@likecmtshare.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Children
likecmtshare is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
Grievance officer
For privacy complaints, contact our Grievance Officer at admin@likecmtshare.com. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 30 days.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. For material changes we will notify you by email or in the app before they take effect.
