who we are
likecmtshare ("we", "us") provides comment-to-DM automation for Instagram creators and businesses. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and the choices you have. By using likecmtshare you agree to the practices described here.
what we collect
Account details you give us (name, email, phone, business type), data you authorise through the official Meta/Instagram APIs (your connected account, comment and DM events on posts you choose to automate), and billing information processed by our UPI and payment partners. We never ask for your Instagram password.
how we use it
To run the automations you set up, send the DMs you configure, bill your subscription, provide support, prevent abuse and keep the service compliant with Meta platform rules. We do not sell your personal data, ever.
who we share with
Only the partners needed to deliver the service: Meta (to send DMs and read the comment events you authorise), our payment processors (to take UPI payments), and infrastructure providers under strict confidentiality. We disclose data if required by law.
data retention
We keep your account data while your account is active and for a short period after closure for legal and accounting needs. Comment and DM event logs are retained only as long as needed to run and troubleshoot your automations, then deleted.
your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your data, withdraw Instagram permissions at any time from your Meta settings, and close your account. Email hello@likecmtshare.com and we will action requests within 30 days.
