acceptance
By creating an account or using likecmtshare you agree to these terms. If you are using the service on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business.
the service
likecmtshare lets you trigger automated direct messages in response to comments, mentions and story replies on Instagram accounts you connect through the official Meta APIs. Features and limits depend on your plan.
eligibility
You must be at least 18, own or be authorised to manage the connected Instagram account, and keep it in good standing with Meta. You are responsible for the content of every automated message you set up.
acceptable use
No spam, no unsolicited messaging, no misleading or unlawful content, and no attempt to bypass Meta rate limits or platform rules. Automations must respond to genuine user interactions. Violations may lead to immediate suspension.
billing
Paid plans are billed in advance via UPI or our payment partners on a recurring basis until cancelled. Prices are in INR and may change with notice. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period.
suspension & liability
We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or Meta policy. The service is provided "as is"; to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect losses, lost reach, or actions taken by Meta against your account.
governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka having exclusive jurisdiction. We may update these terms and will notify you of material changes.
