Acceptance
By creating an account or using likecmtshare you agree to these terms and our privacy policy. If you use the service for a business, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms on its behalf.
The service
likecmtshare lets you automatically reply to comments, send DMs, apply follow gates, collect leads and send files or carousels in response to interactions on Instagram accounts you connect through Meta's official APIs. Features and limits depend on your plan.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18, own or be authorised to manage the connected Instagram Business or Creator account, and keep that account in good standing with Meta.
Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for every message, file and link your automations send
- Only message people who interacted with your content, in line with Meta's rules
- Use the lead data you collect lawfully and only for the purpose people shared it for
- Keep your login details secure
Acceptable use
No spam, unsolicited messaging, misleading, hateful or unlawful content, no attempts to bypass Meta rate limits or platform rules, and no reselling of the service without our written permission. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
Plans and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance in Indian rupees via UPI, cards or our payment partners, and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices may change with at least 14 days' notice. Taxes are added where applicable. Refunds follow our refund policy.
Intellectual property
The likecmtshare name, logo, website and software belong to us. You keep ownership of your content and grant us permission to process it only to provide the service.
Third-party platforms
The service depends on Meta's APIs and policies, which may change. We are not responsible for actions Meta takes on your account or for changes to its platform that affect features. See our Meta compliance page.
Suspension and termination
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or Meta policy, with notice where reasonable.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee specific results such as reach, sales or follower growth. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka having exclusive jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms and will notify you of material changes before they take effect. Continuing to use the service means you accept the updated terms.
