Free plan
Every account starts on the free plan with 1,000 DMs. You are not charged until you choose a paid plan, so you can check that likecmtshare fits your workflow first.
Subscription billing
Paid plans are billed in advance in Indian rupees for the period you choose and renew automatically until you cancel.
Cancelling
Cancel anytime from your account settings in one tap. Cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
Refund window
If you are unhappy with a paid plan, email us within 7 days of the charge for a full refund of that billing period, as long as the account has not sent a large volume of automated messages in that time. We do not pro-rate refunds after the 7-day window.
How to request a refund
- Email admin@likecmtshare.com from your account email
- Include your registered phone number and the payment or UPI reference
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Failed or duplicate payments
If you were charged twice or a payment failed but money was deducted, email us with the reference and we will refund the extra amount in full.
