refund & cancellation policy
free trial
New accounts can try likecmtshare on our free tier or trial before paying. You will not be charged until you choose a paid plan, so you can test whether it fits your workflow first.
subscription billing
Paid plans are billed in advance via UPI for the chosen period (monthly or yearly). Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel from your account settings.
refund window
If you are unhappy with a paid plan, contact us within 7 days of a charge for a full refund of that billing period, provided the account has not been used to send a large volume of automated messages in that time.
cancellations
You can cancel anytime. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the current paid period. We do not pro-rate partial periods beyond the 7-day window above.
how to request
Email hello@likecmtshare.com from your account email with your registered phone or UPI reference. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
